  Philips & Sylvania both make good bulbs!

QUICK REVIEW
----------------------
Great product but the title is misleading and may confuse some of the more ignorant buyer.

First, Philips bulbs and Sylvania bulbs are both good, so if you're confused on which to get, consider this first;

Sylvania are found in automotive stores all over the USA, even Walmart and such. Philips wont be in most cases, so a lot harder to find locally than Sylvania so if your bulb goes out and need to quickly get a new one, Sylvania might be a better option. However, both products are of high quality and I can highly recommend both.

More about the Philips bulbs. They are NOT HID bulbs, they are standard bulbs that are marginally brighter than your stock bulbs (most likely the lowest-end Sylvania bulb). True HID kits require 35w or 55w Ballasts. These bulbs DO NOT have Ballasts. These Philips bulbs are rated at 4300k, which is the same color as a OE/OEM light which are also 4300k. If you're looking for a white bulb in color you will need/want something 5000-6000k.

----------
ADVISORY
----------
1. These will not require any modification your stock headlight/lamp/housing whether projection or not. Not mods needed/required.
2. These bulbs are MARGINALLY brighter than stock OE bulbs, MAYBE up to 15%.
3. These bulbs are rated at 5000k which has more light spread than 4300k bulbs but visibility may not increase based of bulb brightness.

If you're wondering which Philips Vision light is best, here are all the lights in order from WORST to BEST (prices vary)

Philips Vision - WORST
Philips VisionPlus
Philips X-tremeVision - MIDRANGE
Philips CrystalVision Ultra
Philips CyrstalVision 5000k
