Sleep on your back? - Popular Science

Hi. Not sure I agree with this...  But take a note about the pillows you should use to help your neck and back when sleeping 😴 on your side.  Seems left side is best. 

One problem is if you sleep on your back then your mouth falls open, makes noise, and cpap stops working.
